{"id":453,"date":"2016-03-30T10:20:08","date_gmt":"2016-03-30T10:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sig.regiaodeaveiro.pt\/?page_id=453"},"modified":"2016-03-30T10:20:08","modified_gmt":"2016-03-30T10:20:08","slug":"mobility-observatory","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sig.regiaodeaveiro.pt\/pt_PT\/mobility-observatory\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobility Observatory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:en-->The mobility observatory is a structure that collects and analyzes information about the main dynamics of mobility and accessibility ( inputs) and enables the dissemination of information to the major partners and the general public, allowing to assess quantitatively, the main impacts of the transport sector and the level of success of the measures and actions that are implemented over time.<br \/>\nThe mobility observatory in the Aveiro Region aims to portray the mobility patterns and the evolution of the transport system of in the region.<br \/>\nThe understanding of the changing patterns of mobility, the way the subsystems of accessibility evolve and are influenced by various areas of urban planning and transport systems (and related policies), lead to evaluation indicators that were organized around thematic areas, which are intended to allow a comprehensive reading of the mobility and transport system in the Aveiro Region. The 13 thematic areas that cover the main aspects that allow to understand the evolution of the various subsystems are:<br \/>\n1-occupation of the territory<br \/>\n2-Mobility patterns<br \/>\n3-public passenger transport<br \/>\n4-School Transport<br \/>\n5-Taxis<br \/>\n6-Soft Modes<br \/>\n7-Individual transport<br \/>\n8-parking<br \/>\n9-road safety<br \/>\n10-Logistics<br \/>\n11-Environment and energy<br \/>\n12-public Account<br \/>\n13-innovation<!--:--><!--:pt-->O Observat\u00f3rio da Mobilidade \u00e9 uma estrutura que recolhe e analisa a informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre as principais din\u00e2micas de mobilidade e acessibilidade (<em>inputs<\/em>) e permite a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o resultante junto dos principais parceiros e do p\u00fablico em geral, permitindo avaliar de modo quantitativo, os principais impactes do setor dos transportes e o n\u00edvel de sucesso das medidas e a\u00e7\u00f5es que v\u00e3o sendo implementadas ao longo do tempo.<br \/>\nO Observat\u00f3rio da mobilidade da Regi\u00e3o de Aveiro tem como objetivo retratar os padr\u00f5es de mobilidade e a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de<br \/>\ntransportes na regi\u00e3o.<br \/>\nA compreens\u00e3o da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos padr\u00f5es de mobilidade, a forma como os subsistemas de acessibilidade evoluem e s\u00e3o influenciados por diversas \u00e1reas do planeamento urbano e sistemas de transportes (e pol\u00edticas conexas), levou a que os indicadores de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o fossem organizados em torno de \u00c1reas Tem\u00e1ticas, as quais t\u00eam como objetivo permitir uma leitura abrangente do sistema de mobilidade e transportes da Regi\u00e3o de Aveiro.
